• These rates are net and are not available at the hotel . This is only applicable if prepayment is made thru TravellersHospitality.com and these are subject to change without prior notice, surcharges impose by hotels during special events.
Cancellations shall be in subject to the following penalties :
• Seventy to Ninety days prior to arrival of group = no charges.
• Cancellation received 45-69 days prior to guest’s arrival will be subject
to a cancellation penalty of 50% of contract amount.
• Cancellation received 30-44 days prior to guest’s arrival will be subject
to a cancellation penalty of 65% of contract amount.
• Cancellation 15-29 days prior to the guest’s arrival will be subject to a
cancellation penalty of 75% of the contract amount.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the group’s arrival will be subject
to a penalty of 100% of the contract amount.
• Cancellations, No show, must be confirmed with travellershospitality.com in writing either by e-mail or fax. Where the company/Individual fails to inform the hotel, the company will nevertheless
be billed as per the terms stated above.

become valid.
